认识gloria有一年多了，当初去Orlando买退休房实际上是lot，而且退休房in harmony 還是我在網上找的，只是她們為了即得利益帶我去看一看，初心是想買現房、但在agent的極力推介下做了這個匆忙的決定（因要趕返回加洲）讓我等了一年多for closing但房子在那時并沒有ready, 她assign的agent并不是那麼的專業，起碼沒有詳細介紹區域環境以及買現房和lot對買家的好處，因為專業所以信賴，但有關房子的questions/ communications 包括walk through before closing 基本上是自己去同建商溝通，她們根本就沒認真的去管、真不知道经紀人的專業度和信任去了哪里？最讓我感到她們不專業的地方是在closing均無任何人出現，自己很茫然的去了Escrow, 相比之下還是加洲的agent or broker much better be professional to care their customer 心里感覺就是在糊弄我，欺负我不是本地人、
